Universal Studios Hollywood Tickets

Cenefa Guided Tours II

This date-specific general-admission ticket provides entry to Universal Studios Hollywood in Universal City on the selected day, including the World-Famous Studio Tour, operating rides, themed lands and scheduled shows, but not Universal Express, transport, parking or separately ticketed events.

Civitatis currently advertises a promotional second visit with eligible tickets. The return deadline, excluded dates and exact ticket type can change, so check the booking calendar and electronic voucher before assuming that every standard ticket includes two unrestricted days.

You can reserve a Universal Studios Hollywood general-admission ticket for the date shown in the calendar. Prices vary by visit date, and the reservation becomes non-refundable and non-modifiable after purchase.

What the Universal Studios Hollywood Ticket Includes

The booking covers general entry to the theme park rather than a guided excursion. After presenting the electronic ticket at the entrance, visitors plan their own route through the Upper Lot, Lower Lot, themed lands, shows and Studio Tour.

General Admission on the Selected Date

The first visit is valid for the date selected during reservation. Admission provides access to rides, shows and attractions operating during normal park hours, subject to queues, capacity, technical closures and individual safety requirements.

The ticket does not reserve a place on every ride or at every show. WaterWorld can reach capacity, individual attractions can close temporarily and some experiences may stop accepting guests before the park’s published closing time.

World-Famous Studio Tour

General admission includes access to the World-Famous Studio Tour when it is operating. The tram route enters sections of the working Universal backlot and combines production areas with entertainment sequences such as King Kong 360 3-D.

The Studio Tour is a park attraction rather than the separately sold VIP Experience. It does not include unrestricted access to active soundstages, private production areas or the ability to leave the tram wherever filming is taking place.

Rides, Themed Lands and Scheduled Entertainment

Admission covers the operating attractions in Super Nintendo World, The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Springfield, Illumination’s Minion Land and the other park areas. Scheduled entertainment such as WaterWorld is also included when presented that day.

Attractions, characters, seasonal projections and entertainment programs can change. A park ticket guarantees admission to the property, not the appearance of a specific character or the operation of every advertised experience.

What General Admission Does Not Include

Universal Express, VIP Experience access, Super Nintendo World Early Access, parking, transportation, food, drinks and merchandise are not included. Power-Up Bands and other interactive products are also purchased separately.

Halloween Horror Nights and other separately ticketed events require their own admission unless the selected product explicitly states otherwise. A daytime ticket should not be assumed to remain valid after the park closes for a private nighttime event.

Studio Tour and Lower Lot Attractions

The Studio Tour and Lower Lot contain several of the park’s highest-demand experiences. Completing them early can reduce the risk of missing a major attraction because of queues, technical delays or an earlier final boarding time.

Planning the Studio Tour

The tram experience normally occupies a substantial part of the day once walking, queueing and boarding are included. Check the final tour departure in the official app rather than leaving it until the park’s closing hour.

Backlot areas can change according to production activity. The route may pass recognizable streets, outdoor sets and technical demonstrations, but no particular film set should be treated as guaranteed.

Jurassic World – The Ride

Jurassic World – The Ride is the current dinosaur-themed water attraction on the Lower Lot. It replaced the former Jurassic Park ride and includes large-scale animated creatures, a steep final descent and a strong possibility of getting wet.

The ride has minimum-height and health requirements. Visitors who do not plan to ride can still visit the surrounding Jurassic World area and encounter entertainment offered nearby.

Transformers and Revenge of the Mummy

Transformers: The Ride-3D combines motion vehicles with large screens and physical sets. Revenge of the Mummy is an indoor roller coaster with dark scenes, sudden acceleration and a higher minimum-height requirement.

Both attractions use individual restraint systems. Guests whose health, mobility or body dimensions may affect safe boarding should consult the attraction warnings and use available test seats where provided.

Moving Between the Upper and Lower Lots

The two areas are connected by a long series of escalators known as the StarWay. Moving between them takes time, particularly with children, mobility equipment or heavy crowds.

Group nearby attractions together rather than repeatedly crossing between levels. Guests who cannot use the escalators should follow the park’s accessible transportation instructions.

Super Nintendo World, Harry Potter and the Upper Lot

Super Nintendo World

Super Nintendo World is a themed land on the Lower Lot rather than a stage show. General admission normally includes access to the land and the regular queue for Mario Kart: Bowser’s Challenge.

On crowded days, Universal may activate a same-day Virtual Line reservation for entry. Reservations can be requested through the official app only after reaching the property and remain subject to availability.

A Power-Up Band is not required to enter the land or ride Mario Kart. It is a separately purchased wearable used to record scores, collect digital stamps and activate interactive challenges.

Toadstool Cafe

Dining at Toadstool Cafe may require a separate time to join the queue. The restaurant reservation is not included with park admission, and obtaining a time does not guarantee immediate seating.

Food and themed drinks are paid for separately. Reserve as early as possible when the restaurant is an important part of the visit rather than waiting until reaching the Lower Lot late in the day.

The Wizarding World of Harry Potter

The Wizarding World of Harry Potter contains Hogsmeade, Hogwarts Castle, Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey and Flight of the Hippogriff. Shops, themed food and interactive wand activities require separate purchases.

Nighttime projections on Hogwarts Castle operate seasonally rather than every evening. Check the entertainment schedule before organizing the day around a specific light presentation.

Upper Lot Rides and WaterWorld

The Upper Lot also contains attractions associated with the Minions, The Secret Life of Pets, The Simpsons and DreamWorks characters. Height requirements vary, and several rides require children below a stated height to travel with a supervising companion.

WaterWorld is a seated stunt show with water effects, explosions and limited capacity. Arriving about 30 minutes before showtime is advisable because the venue can close once all available seating is filled.

Second-Day Offer, Hours and Visit Planning

Checking the Promotional Second Day

Civitatis currently advertises an additional visit with eligible tickets, to be used within six days of the first entry. This benefit applies only when it appears in the selected rate and confirmation.

Universal may apply promotional deadlines, return-day blockouts and ticket-specific restrictions. Use the terms printed on the final voucher rather than assuming that the second visit is available on any date.

Park Hours and Attraction Closures

Universal Studios Hollywood operates throughout the year, but opening hours vary by date and season. Individual rides, shows, restaurants and character appearances can use different schedules.

Check the official calendar shortly before the visit and review the app again after arrival. Construction, technical work, weather and private events can affect the attractions available.

Official App and Virtual Line

The official app provides a park map, current wait times, show schedules, Virtual Line reservations and closure notifications. Free park Wi-Fi is available, although having the app installed before arrival saves time.

The app does not convert general admission into Express access. A Virtual Line return time is offered only for selected experiences and remains subject to availability.

Children, Accessibility and Ride Requirements

Children aged two or younger can currently enter without a ticket. Older children require the ticket category displayed in the booking calendar, and ride participation depends on height rather than ticket type alone.

The park offers accessible routes and services, but individual rides can require transfer from a wheelchair, independent upright posture or the ability to use a specific restraint. Declare accessibility requirements during booking and consult the current safety guide before queueing.

Arrival, Parking and CityWalk

The booking does not include transportation to Universal City or parking. Travelers arriving by car pay the current parking fee separately, while public transportation users can reach the Universal City area and follow local connection instructions.

Universal CityWalk lies outside the theme-park entrance and does not require this admission ticket. Restaurants, shops, cinema tickets and purchases there are paid for separately.
