Our walk starts at the heart of Zaragoza in Plaza del Pilar near the Goya monument. Here you’ll be greeted by La Lonja, an example of Aragonese Renaissance architecture dating back to the century. While admiring the splendor of this edifice, revel in views overlooking the Ebro River—a significant backdrop steeped in the city’s historical narrative.
Moving on from Plaza del Pilar, our path leads us to the Museum of the Roman Forum located in Plaza de la Seo. Within this museum lies remnants from Caesaraugustas Roman Forum—the hub of activity during Roman governance. Adjacent, to this site stands La Seo Cathedral or Catedral de San Salvador—a structure that harmoniously blends Gothic, Mudéjar, Renaissance and Baroque influences.
The Parroquieta Wall of La Seo is a UNESCO World Heritage Site that displays the history of the city.
As we meander through the streets of Zaragoza’s town we’ll come across delightful spots like Casa del Deán. Our exploration will then lead us to the Roman Theatre, a relic from Zaragoza Roman era. Here we’ll take a moment to envision life in Zaragoza centuries ago.

One of the highlights of our tour is crossing Calle Alfonso I. Entering the “Ciclón” passage, a treasure preserved since the 19th century.
